Our approach

Trust lives
in the details.

  1. Professionally prepared

A tax professional prepares your return rather than leaving the work to you.

  2. Reviewed by an Enrolled Agent

A federally licensed tax professional reviews your return before you approve filing.

  3. One all-inclusive quote

See your total price at the end of the questionnaire. Preparation, EA review, state returns and any applicable bank fee are included—never added on top.

  4. Questions go to people

Your questions go to people on our team, not just a software interview.

What is an
Enrolled Agent?

An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally licensed tax professional who can represent taxpayers before the IRS. In plain English: someone with demonstrated tax expertise.

  • EAs qualify through a comprehensive IRS exam or qualifying IRS experience.
  • They must meet continuing education requirements and follow ethical standards.
  • At TaxFile360, an EA reviews your return before you approve filing.

EA credentials do not mean IRS endorsement. IRS representation is a separate service, not automatically included in your preparation price.

Before you get started

A few good questions.

Do I have to prepare my own return?

No. You share your information and documents; your preparer handles the return. An Enrolled Agent reviews it, and you approve the completed return before we file.

Do I need to visit an office?

No. Our service is online for customers nationwide. Complete your questionnaire, share documents and approve your return from home.

Is TaxFile360 right for my situation?

We focus on Form 1040 and 1040-SR returns for employees, families, retirees and qualifying side hustlers. Complex and entity returns are excluded.

When will I know my price?

At the end of the questionnaire, before preparation begins. Your all-inclusive quote covers preparation, EA review, state returns and any applicable bank fee. The price you approve is the price you pay.

Can I get copies of old returns?

Use your client portal to access the completed returns and documents available in your account. Contact us if you need help finding an older return.

How do I pay?

Your payment options are explained with your quote. You may pay directly or, if eligible, pay from your refund through a refund transfer. Any applicable bank fee is included in the quoted price, not added on top.

Is my information secure?

Use only approved secure intake or client portal channels for sensitive documents. See our Security policy for our safeguards and WISP status.
